The Kaliningrad regional organisation of NBP was founded in 1998. In its ranks it unites the patriotic youth of the very west territory of Russia. There are dozens of young men in it now. Kaliningrad National Bolsheviks set themselves as an object the struggle for keeping the territory as the part of Russia, counteraction to separatist and anti-Russian moods and German expansion. Our motto is "STALIN, BERIA, KALININ !"
THESES OF NBP ON KALININGRAD PROBLEM:
1. The Kaliningrad region is the integral part of Great Russia. All the persons and groups, which call to change the status of the region or tear away it from Russia, have to be put to the criminal prosecution.
2. The injury to national consciousness of the Russian people, advocacy of anti-Russian moods, propagation of national inferiority complex by the way of glorifying German past of the territory, spreading of Western (Euro-American) ideas and values have to be regarded as a crime against the Russian people. The propagation of idea of renaming Kaliningrad to Koenigsberg relates to it too. The mass media, which advocate it (the mediaholding "Kaskad", the newspaper "Novye Kolesa") have to be closed down or have change their views.
3. The additional military contingent has to be brung in the region and the starting devises of tactic nuclear weapon have to be set up there.
4. Lithuania must guarantee freely transit of men and goods through its territory.
5. The Klaipeda region has to be returned to Russia.
6. It is necessary to build the atomic power station for ensuring of security and economic independence of the region. One must give much attention to oil-prospect and oil production. The endeavor of so called ecologists to hinder oil production have to be regarded as the antistate activities.
7. The permanent residence of foreign citisens has to be prohibited on the territory of the Kaliningrad region, and their temporary stay has to be limited strictly.
8. One must liquidate legally acting branches of the CIA - sects Mormons, Munits (The Church of the unification) and similar ones. It is necessary to suppress semi-religious groups, propagandizing cosmopolitanism and pacifism and by this activity eroding national and state consciousness: Chinmoits, Behaits and similar ones.
9. The so called anniversary celebrations of the city is the gross error of the modern Russian leadership, which is intolerable in the conditions of total offensive of the West on our country. Kaliningrad is the new Russian city, which was built of the ruins of Koenigsberg, and only geographical situation connects it with Koenigsberg.
